Hey Kid! It feels good to feel good - huh! Taking a break from laundry, housework, and computer tasks to stop in and say hello to my happy friend. That feeling you have when it SEEMS that your "body is killing you" is ACTUALLY your body getting back into top notch shape. Well - I am off to the grocery story -- just stopping by to say hello. 

yes it does feel good, i'm planning to go swimming tom maybe the muscles will stretch a little. Have a great day! 

Enjoy your time at the pool or beach. Wish I could swim well. I do a lousy (wiener) dog paddle across the pool. Short strokes!  

Swimming was really nice, i went to the Olympic pool of my university, I guess we all didn't have lunch today. I read on ur journal that you forgot to eat! it does feel good actually, but for me i didn't forget today it's just that i went to swim around 3pm today and as i don't feel comfortable to swim with my tummy being full, so decided to postpone lunch till after my swim, but i didn't know it'll take that long. I went to get some groceries after swimming and then met with my friend and ordered at around 7pm:) Take care 

Definitely feels good to wake up those muscles that have been 'snoozing'!! :) 

So you are a soccer fan - huh! I am glad to see you enjoying sports. Watching sports brings people together at my house so I enjoy them too! Be good!
