It is just Whey chocolate protein with skim milk and a double shot of espresso.

Hi, BTW, skim milk is loaded with sugar.

I put a little bit of water in the bottom of a sauce pan. Heat. Add a tablespoon of baking cocoa to it. Then add a teaspoon or tablespoon of sugar or sweetner to it. After that melts I add about 8-10oz of 2% milk, heat until warm. Works fairly well for my "flexible diet".

I make the cocoa but don't ad sugar and cover the top with whipped cream or cool whip, drinking the bitter thru the fluffy sweet cream. It works for me. I like coffee that way too.

Skim milk is the worst of all the milks. It is mostly sugar

Bnewbee— actually that is not true. There is no more sugar in skim, 2% , 1% than there is in whole milk. Do a GOOGLE and ask what the difference is between the milk types. They will point you to some good information.

I just did that very Google search you suggest, and found a study in the American Journal of Nutrition that showed that women who drank full fat milk and cream had LOWER risk of obesity and diabetes than those who drank skim milk. Also, according to the research done by the Feingold Association, most of the skim milk sold in the US has added chemicals that affect the health of children. Sometimes, you have to dig deeper.
