Only 3 days left until the beach!!! Yahoo! I can finally keep up with the count!! LOL But today I did kickboxing because the boys wanted to go to the gym. Then I came home and did a Nike Women's Workout on my phone for 15 minutes. It was all abs! Later I will do a 75 minute vinyasa flow.

This morning I got up early and wanted to really get a mediation session in. I tried prying my eyes opened and thought...How do they do this...and how am I going to??? Next thought was....just do it! So I sat my still sleepy butt on my Thai Yoga Mat, put a cushion under me. I found a mediation on my podcast and press play! This meditation was about feeling lonely, which I have been feeling quite lonely. I am not invisible...but I really feel lonely. This meditation was so lovely! I did this for about 20 minutes. Then followed it by an awakening session of yoga! Let me tell you...this was the best thing I could have done for myself. I feel so great today! :) Meditation is a great tool! Its so important just to sit with yourself and listen!!!

If you have an Iphone the sessions I found is called Stin Meditation Station. There are about 10. Worth it!! And they are free!! EVen better! Good luck and hope you all are doing well!!

My kids would be crawling all over me, lol. I am glad you were able to get some you time in. Kickboxing is a great workout. You sounds like you had a full day of exercise! Have a great week.
