I'm still not enough on most days. It's not for lack of hunger, but I am so busy that I am skipping meals and snacks. I felt my blood sugar yesterday fall way too low, it made me dizzy and feel kinda gross. My brain felt weird. I know this isn't healthy. My job is too active for me to not be eating all day. Tim has been very supportive of my WOE and he had dinner ready for me last night when I came home. So sweet. I am definitely going to have to go back to using timers to remind myself to eat.

I hate that you can't edit these things! I meant to say "I am still not *eating* enough."

It is great that you have him to help you with your way of eating. Will keep you in my thoughts!

You can edit your journal, even after you post it, but before comments are made (otherwise the comments are lost). Go back to "my journal" and find the journal entry and there's an option edit. I only know because I've had to edit so many times!

I have a supply of snacks in my office. Do you have a space where you can store food for when you need to eat? I have a fridge in my department so I can bring a bag of groceries at the beginning of the week and eat whenever I want to. Also, snacks in my car. This habit might have gotten me where I am but I always have enough food!

I dont need timers to remind me to eat. I always feel deprived, and want more so I sneak a slice of lunch meat (my hubbys usual lunch with bread). I eat fruit, and veggies and make sure I get protein; Always checking for amounts of protein in foods. I like making smoothies with my almond breeze, some protein powder, fresh or frozen fruit, and nuts.

I keep just keep two of the 100 calorie packs of almonds in my bag. Just knowing they are there in case of a hunger strike makes me get through my rough spot. My thinking is this isn't the roughest spot I've been in, so I haven't needed them...yet :) Its a mind game that works. Especially when doing a "quick stop" at the grocery store.
