having a crazy hectic week...trying hard to stay on track...gave in to a sweet craving today,,,and had some winegums.....need to get back in the game.....want to try some serious exercise.....for me my weight loss is very slow...totally feeling unmotivated at the moment.....

yeah, slow weight loss is ideal and is easy to sustain. for more information you can consult @UWC_Healthhub on Instagram and ask any question on food and dieting.

Keep at it, you can do it. A healthy weight loss is around half to 1kg per week. It can also depend on where you are in your cycle too, as a woman, that DOES play a role in water retention etc etc. Keep doing what you are doing. Exercise is always a plus, makes you feel good too!

I found some great sugar free sweets and toffees at pnp that helps for those sugar craving days! Good luck you can do it!
