OMG 7.4 lbs in 11 days I'm friggen psyched, a couple of hiccups here and there. My sons birthday dinner we had dinner from a Greek place and I had salad , veggies and grilled chicken ,and their veggie plate had potato which I gave to the dog but missed a sliver . And went over my carb limit another day. But refuse to let anything stop me. Made mashed potatoes for my son because he should not have to eat the way I do. Resisted the temptation to taste them just smelled them to make sure they tasted good. Commitment is my religion right now. Feeling fantastic and hoping everyone has a awesome day.
