Day 11 - Back to work today and it was much easier than last week. Found time to have my lunch and felt pretty good most of the day. I did miss my coke cola, however, during the afternoon when I felt my energy slowing down a bit. My body is still getting used to the lower net carbs. We'll see how it goes...
