Just quick hi. Weight lost still ok. Have all the family here tonight for dinner to welcome Jamie, even x husband showed up, TWAT, but all went well.
Well my 12 week diet challenge is over, did well, so happy about it, new one starting on next Tuesday, having a bold week, but Joined a gym with swimming and have gone last 2 days, totally enjoyed.
Minding 2 granddaughters tonight,
