Diario de Shoushy, 03 jun. 12

I went out with my friends today for dinner to try out the Indian cuisin. I feel guilty,everythg is made with oil so i probably had calories to last me a week now. plus we were celebrating my friend's birthday, so we then ate cake.. back on track tomorrow. Take care buddies!

Thanks! We will -- take care that is. I know it might sound trite but curry seems a conventional Indian spice to me. I make an appetizer called curry wurst. I use little smokie sausages, tomato paste, water, & curry powder. The dish is served with black bread, raw onions, and butter of the side. Very delicious! Very fattening!

hiii yes i'm ok, everyday i say tom is a new day and i start diet again. I want to get over myself, I remembered today what my ex-boyfriend used to tell me abt fat ppl. he used to say he would rather be seen walking with an anorexic than with an overweight.. that's so mean, i HATE him.

But i hav put on so much weight since we broke up last yr and i just havn't figured out how to lose them yet..

You'll figure it out - keep on making some changes and see how your body reacts.. If your diet calendar is complete, it's not looking like you are eating enough, which probably leads you to these guilty feelings and some sort of binges.. Living a healthy lifestyle shouldn't feel like punishment, and that's what it's seeming like through your journals.. Start making some goals about what you CAN have, instead of what you can't.. don't think about how many calories you're going to limit yourself to.. start thinking about having 3-5 servings of veggies each day, trying to get at least 60 grams of protein each day. Reward your body with exercise, water, and healthy foods! And don't feel guilty about trying new foods!! Just remember portion control...

I went out with some jerks too -- back in the day. That's a great feeling when you move past a relationship to see an a$$'ol for the a$$ 'ol he is. Now. I am going to say a word -- you ready? It starts with an "E." The word is exercise. Let's talk about exercise. What ACTIVITY are we (you and I) doing to burn calories, build confidence, create energy, and feel strong?

Yes It was a punishment actually when i promiss i'll try to change that. I read all ur comments today morning and it put me in a very gd mood, thx for being there for me i really appreciate it. Regarding my exercise I actually do lots of activities, i love to hike on sundays and walk with my mom on the beach side on the weekends. and i take swimming classes twice per week and i try to go to the gym at least 3 times per week. I have a proportional athletic body, BUT covered with some FAT :p My college friend just arrived from Dubai to see his parents for some short holidays. He's staying here till 25 June. He changed alot lately, he has 6 packs now and trying to eat healthy. He asked me to join him for 1 hour bootcamp early morning three times per week so that he keeps in shape, because you all know how we get Super Pampered when we are with family:) so of course i agreed, i'm looking forward for it. tomorrow we start our first bootcamp session!

Wow! I am so glad you do lots of exercise. I bet you are like me. You exercise a lot -- then do not lose & think -- why did I work so hard & not lose weight? Right?
