Ok this is day 2 of the challenge of not weighing myself. This is a really hard challenge, but a good one. Since, I can't weigh myself I have been uber careful to eat the right things, staying in my calorie range and also work out too. It's the only way I can ensure I will not gain weight and actually lose weight. I am very focused! It feels like it has been a week since I've weighed myself, but its only been 2 days, hehe!

I am doing the same thing. I think my goal of weighing once a month is doable, but damn is it a hard habit to break.
