Diario de Ieksie, 22 feb. 18

I've done my measurements, but most of them are higher than last month, and I think it's due to the fact that I measured directly after Cross fit class. I'll measure again tomorrow morning just to be on the safe side. We are going out for dinner tonight with the parentals, so I will probably indulge a bit tonight.

Deadlifts

A1. 5 x 10 @ 25 kg (TNG)

A2. V - sits ME

WOD:

AMRAP 10

15 Air Squats
60 Rope jumps

I started on a 7th round before time was up!
