Day 8.
It's been quite a week getting used to eating 3 meals a day, dealing with the "Atkins Flu" for the first few days, trying to find time at work to eat lunch (nearly impossible, but I did do it), the thrill of losing 3 pounds and the agony of gaining one pound back. So, 2 pounds lost the first week, and some inches lost here and there. I've also lost the bloat I've been carrying around for longer than I care to remember, which feels great! Towards the end of the first week my energy level increased and already my head feels much clearer. I'm in ketosis. All in all pretty good I'd say, although I admit I would have liked to have seen a more dramatic weight loss the first week.
I watched "Fat Head" yesterday with my fiance, and it was very inspiring. I will stick with Atkins and see what happens.
