Thanks ladies. Kellyctiedt I think I would diet on 350 calories a day because even 1000 calories takes so much discipline. Sometime I even exceed that and these day my weight comes off only in grams and not kilograms anymore. It can be quite frustrating if you know you are working hard. Nonetheless the journey goes on.

Id say I eat about 2000 calories a day and maintain my weight. I have lost 15 kilograms in total and eat whatever I want. it is simply listening to your body and making the choice to eat healthy and nourish yourself with fresh whole foods. cut dairy completely and eat organic meat. fill up of fibrous vegetables, healthy fats and lean meats. And exercise regularly t hats how you build the body you want and keep it. never be a slave to the diet industry again.

fatsecret works out your calories you should eat for you. it will depend on your weight, height an activity level. I chose my activity level as sedentry so that any exercise I do will add to my weight loss. i keep my calory intake what it it and do not deduct my exercise calories. Read the book sugar free. available at libraries. you will know exactly what to eat and you can use runkeeper to track activities.
