I tried fasting today but after 9 hours my stomach acid was clawing its way up my chest. Though I am under 1k calories today and did my resistance workout, gotta try again

weekend I get acid reflux like that...I down a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar --- BURNS like crazy going down but as I feel it hit my stomach the reflux disappears instantly. I thought my brother was a nut job when he told me to try it but one night I got desperate enough ....I haven't looked back!

I do intermittent fasting. I eat once a day, take in my entire ketogenic diet, all in the morning. It lets me take advantage of natural, morning insulin sensitivity and makes me feel very full even with only 1200 calories worth.

Your setting yourself up for failure, read your bio your active, to little cals.a day makes your body store food to fat.You don't need to try for a quick fix..that only grains it back when you start eating again.""big problem on this site"" Look your an active man..let the cals.work for you..none of this starvation, listen to your body.Figure out or get a recommendation for a good cal. plan and you'll see it will be no less than 1500cals a day.Eat to Lose..for your solid weight losses!

1k is way too little even if you were inactive. I'm 5'2" and fairly inactive and my calorie allotment for the day is 1900. If you're not careful you'll stall your metabolism, and you could also suffer from low energy or worse, muscle wasting when your body starts cannibalizing itself. Even if you lose weight it'll be the wrong kind.
