you got it...thats the way to plan it...relax if it takes two weeks instead of one to "earn" the next carb...a couple of times it took about 10-12 days to not gain with the added carb

For some reason it helps me to have it all laid out in front of me, because I can see the goal instead of it seeming so endless and boring..gotta have some carbs sometimes, I'll just go nuts otherwise! Gotta earn that wine, LOL! And I want to look lovely on our date!!!
