Diario de Helldenn, 09 feb. 18

i must admit that since i started fatsecret and counting the calories i ate i soon realised that i was eating wrong....so changed a few thing and truely enjoy eating my salads at lunchtime and drinking plenty of water....i am starting to feel like a new person...just need to hop on the scale on Sunday to see if this week has gone as well as i hoped...i had afew bad days...where i just had no motivation to do exercise...but as Annelize says once you start your exercicse you feel good once you finished...thanks to you Annelize.

I am just back from a hour of core exercise that I wasn't in the mood for, and I feel great! Of course it would be easy to stay on the couch, it's something else getting up and going to train every day! Hang in there! 21 days and it should turn into a habit!

yip....very much into it......thanks to you for encouraging me.....my boyfriend also encourages me on my off days.....so good all round.....tomorrow looking forward to a long walk..Saturdays are my washing and cleaning days

dancing while house cleaning makes it fun and its a partly a workout to.....lolololo...anything to burn calories

had a cheat supper.....potatoe...but i baked it and chicken with skin on....and mayonnaise....had lettuce and chinese cabbage....ate it raw...loving the chinese cabbage...but now feeling the consequences of having a bad supper( after healthiesh for the last couple of days and know slightly unhealthy my tummy is not doing so well...as well as tooo much coffee(my downfall in life)...tomorrow back on the wagon off to another healthy week
