Diario de Ryno Potgieter, 06 feb. 18

Weighed yesterday morning. Was disappointed - lost only 0,3 kg. (136,6 kg). Had an appointment with my dietitian, where I weighed 1 Nov 2017. I was only 1,7 kg down. :( But then we looked at fat & muscle readings: 4,25 kg FAT LOSS, and 2,5 kg MUSCLE GAIN. So Mr Scale, in the cupboard you go.
Had a slow morning and decided to get on the scale. And it was 136,1 kg. so lost 0,8 kg this week. But: it meant was lost 2,9 kg in 2 weeks.
Not so bad Fat Boy - keep going. The triceps are still sore from the weights session on Sunday evening. And the legs still numb from Saturday night's 800 kCal cardio session. This is where i want to be - fitness picking up, and the scale coming down as well. Now it's just to keep going and grinding... 16,1 kg to go. From the last two weeks - it means this could be 5 weeks away. My Maths are crap - 10 weeks...
3 kgs in 2 weeks : 16 kg / 3 kg = 5 x 2 weeks = 10 weeks.
