Diario de thamy, 02 feb. 18

This cold weather has my knee in so much pain right now I don't want to be at work. But I will make it a point to get some exercise in for the day ends even if it is just dancing around the house when I get home. I have been feeling a little out of it lately, I honestly hope I am not slipping into a bout of depression with all the recent family health issues I have had to deal with, on top an already stressful workload I have to catch up on as a result of the ladder. I'm just feeling it and don't have the energy for anything anymore.
