So appetising and nutricious we forget that if we take a little time home prepared food rocks way beyond the convenience stuff!! This looks simply delicious. I would juat add Beetroot and I'd be totally set :)

Looks amazing, well done! I would so steal this if I liked tuna! I might have to give it another try, I haven’t had it in years!
