Finally back to what I was 10 days ago. Had a few dinners, but kept sticking to calories when I could.
It's funny how my weight and success or failure colour my mood. Sometimes I feel like this is a battle I will have for ever. And I think it really is. If I let my guard down, I'm going to pack on the pounds so easily.
