Sorry Excuse for an attack of the veggies...

i will post more at a later date - between the suregery the job and a bunch of other things - i have not been very good with the diet portion of my life...however i am down to 174...yea me

on a sadder note - 3.2.10 diane williams is in the hospital She had a massive coronary from a lung infection. They think she has brain damage and are unsure she is gonna make it.

at this point she is doing better still in the hospital ... will keep you all posted...

hope everyone is doing well...will check up on all soon.
