well i am sticking as good as i can to phase one type eating...although i made a mistake and bought a bag of chocolate chex mix :/ lets just say its ADDICTIVE!!! i can't stop eating them!!!! oh well, sadly, its almost gone ( and we are talking BIG bag *gulp ) I got out for a nice walk today with a friend. its pretty cold out tho. so i think those are gonna be few and far between at least until spring comes...darn manitoba winters *shivers* my motivation to be as good as i can is my BFF's wedding in march...i got my dress already...i don't want to lose more, but can't really afford to gain either :/
