today was better than yesterday...but still have not got into the exercise routine.....i need to motivate myself

thanks so much....getting better with my eating plan...next step is exercise....tonight i had a bad hayfever attack so feeling yukkie

i look back on this my first week of counting calories.....and realized i need to make some serious changes with my eating....i see i eat two days good and the one day off the wagon....:( not a happy me.....i need to get into this routine.......
