Hi everyone - I am scrapping the cleanse, it made me feel so bad being constipated etc , I did not think the pain was worth it - I did a cleanse from a couple years back and had the same issue - The regularity is starting back but I am going back to basics -

Sometimes , when I get rollin and start to read and listen to everyone else and get off what makes me successful , I lose my way - I have lost my way and I am going back to basics -

I didn't weigh today out of frustration -

One of my friends said their friend lost 90 pounds in a year and was sick of what they were eating - She, the person who lost 90, was afraid to add foods that she hadn't had for awhile, afraid that she would blow up -

Reaction to the cleanse for me - It is too concentrated for me, and I may not have read all of the article as I should, but I am going back to my old ways -

Best success for me has been salads, with cucumber, lettuce, tomato, ranch (I know I shouldn't), mushrooms (on the fence with)///

Stir fry with chicken or shrimp, broccoli and onions - This has been good for me - ////

Salmon, green beans, salad, shrimp, hot sour soup , cabbage at the chinese place will do me great - ////

Tuna salad, even though I haven't used it much this go around, tuna with celery, onion, mayonaise, and hard boiled egg and eat with a fork , has done me well - ////

Hard boiled eggs and the meat sticks have done me good -

Whipped cream for a sweet - And speaking of that, I may start doing something like a blueberry smoothy with 1 pack of hot cocoa mix and whip cream , either on top or inside, with some ice and water for smoothness -

I eat a prime rib or red meat once in a while , but most meats except meat stick, I am eating in a stir fry, a soup (stews are great ) -

Spices I love are garlic, pepper , oregano , salt a little and these I know -

It is a boring diet but it works for me -


I will do no breads, pasta, cheese or dairy besides hard boiled eggs and just do some selected fruits, blueberries, strawberry, watermelon, banana, and maybe apple or apple sauce -
Calcium, potassium I will have to do through some veggies, bananas, potatoes etc - or vitamins

I will find things with say 1-4 carbs or 1-4 sugar per serving but this is pushing it .

I am going for another trip back down and the cleanse was too intense for me - I don't want to kill myself with pain and I don't take any medicine -

Taking my own medicine with no sugar on top , Thanks for the support -

I understand exactly what your saying John. Too much imput and pictures can weigh heavy. You know your body do whats best for Y O U! Keep the faith and carry on, brother!
