Broke fast at 10:30am, earlier than planned... I was actually really hungry, probably because I stayed up late... panned up some uncured turkey deli slices and eggs. Topped with sour cream and tapatio. Had an organic mozzarella stick too... Happy Friday!

I've just started the "fast" thing. Not sure how I like it or if its doing anything for me. I haven't been able to make it to noon yet. Your beak fast meal looks far superior to mine.

@aaron I started with 15hrs and built up to the occasional 21 hours. I have noticed that with keto I don’t get hungry first thing in the morning and just drink lots of water. But definitely listen to your body if you feel really hungry it might not be that beneficial, like this morning I started to feel a little groggy and light headed, maybe keto flu?! But I thought some food would probably help and it did.

Thanks for the tip mamamc7. I don't really get hungry. I think its more psychological, just used to putting something into my face. That's something this app really helps with. Do I really need this? Do I even want it? Lets check my intake for the day first.
