Diario de Shoushy, 15 may. 12

I used to say my metabolism is slow, But i guess it's a lame excuse, i have to admit i'm not being patient and not sticking more three days in a row. My aim is to try harder, and start the day fresh with a 30 min walk everyday before work this week and try to cut carbs. My mom prepares cakes and pies everyday, so i really hope i don't get weak (i'm the only one trying to diet in this skinny family). I think i'll have to try to stay out of the kitchen;)
