Diario de wassonc, 14 may. 12

Wow this weekend I did not stick to any of my diet (other than the gluten free portion obviously) and it shows. I feel sluggish, and I am so not happy with the number on the scale that I am refusing to record it hoping that most of it is just bloat from eating horrible food.

On the positive side- I did run 3 miles each day, and I managed to have a great time even though I am fighting a cold/stomach thing (yeah, so eating horribly was even a doubly bad idea since my tummy was already icky). Saw some family, and had a great time with hubby.

I also started meditating again- my stress levels are just nuts and while I know that the situation I am in will eventually level out I still need to find a way to deal with the excess stress.

Uck! I'm feeling this journal entry all over, haha. I'm definitely refusing to record my weight today (unless it stays the same tomorrow). I think weekends are going to have to be my "target" to have long-term weight-loss, all around. No more cheat (or lying-to-myself) days; it's time to get back on track on my end as well. Thank you for the comment!! I usually am not so terrible during the weekends- but it has always been a struggle. It is so much easier during the week with work and what not. I am with you on the no more cheat/lying-to-myself days- we are totally worth it!

Haha, I think I just picked a weird time to start up my lifestyle changes! There are a lot of birthdays/graduations/celebrations going on right now on the weekends (which are totally contributing to my little weekend feasting problem)! And haha, we totally are! Happy Tuesday!
