Diario de lucky enough to make it , 13 ene. 18

Having a hard time with the eating keep choosing the wrong foods.Im really scared i'v tried really hard for 3 year to lose now l'm not sure of my will power !l just know i feel so bad about myself.

You've come a long way so don't feel bad about yourself. We all stall at some point but that's not a failure. It's being human. Figure out the good foods that you like and start there. The rest will come - keep at it. You've got this.

I agree with Jamaica, you have come a long way! I’m still trying to figure out how to loose that weight that is so easily gain but that’s such a headache to loose!! So you’ve made it, never forget that and congratulate yourself for it! You are human n r allow to make some mistake! It’s just that! Don’t sweat abt it
