ugh, that's the worst. Are you drinking enough water? I know there is a tea in the supermarket that helps with that too, can't think of the name.... 

the name of that tea is senna. take 2 or 3 at night before bed should work in the morn. otherwise can interrupt your day, especially if you work. and like kylesmom said, lots of water.
