Dr. apt went OK. She increased my bp meds by 5mg.(now Norvasc 10). Said my cholesterol and thyroid levels were great, as was by bs. However, my vitamin D levels were in the dirt, so she gave me prescription strength Vit D (50,000u) to take twice a week for 3-4 months. Way low, I guess, but feel great! Lots of work in January...march on!

Hi Steviefan1 Most people do have low D and only find out the way you did. Walking is great for lowering bp. Good luck Sweetie!
