I am glad I am doing the points, the protein shows on my other page anyway. I am really struggling with the night time and don't know how to break that cycle. It is hard to eat a lot first thing in the morning. It takes a while to build hunger and do enjoy being able to eat the same kind of meals with the family, so this is very hard to do. No one loves awful tasting diet foods! You live to eat and you eat to live, but it does not have to be torture what you can put into your mouth.
