I feel like such a fat @$$ today :( Not only has the scale been mean to me the last few days, but I ate sooooo much yesterday that I am literally not even hungry today. I had a swig of chocolate soy milk before I left for the gym this morning and have had 2 strawberries and a blueberry since I got to work, but I really don't even want to eat. I guess that's a good thing. A belly this bloated has me debating a cleanse..... Not this week though. The good news is that I have made it to the gym the last two days! I hadn't been to the gym in over 2 weeks. It felt good and now it feels better because I am SOOOOOOORE! I am going to spend today looking for my lost motivation, in between actually working.... Damn. I have found some motivation on Pintrest, or at least things to print out and hang around me that will hopefully foster motivation. Those combined with the soreness from the gym, horrible bloat and still burping last nights dinner should keep me in check for at least a few days. Only two more days of work before my 4 day weekend! Yeaaaah!
