I am trying to stay motivated eventhough there has not been weight loss in 30 days.
My exercise routine was solid in April. Still doing Power 90 Level 2/3.
My diet will change to my own instead of Atkins. My caloric intake is below my BMI calculation. Granted, i am still eating chocolate. :-)
I will figure out how to change my diet log next.
Over all my outlook is good, but PLEEEEAASEEE shedding some weight would REALLLLLY help.
Any tips?
