I have been very hungry and tired lately. Yesterday I had gone over by much, for me the food journal for breakfast shows and reflects anything eaten after 12 midnight. In the morning I generally just want a good strong Columbian cup of coffee with some cream in it, after I take my morning meds. I am trying to incorporate those vegetables which cab be hard to get in daily. They are expensive to buy and hope the garden soon will help to get more fresh and organic vegetables as possible. It has been a struggle and more even so to get my kids to eat those vegetables, even when they are grown up. Sometimes I just feel to give up but with Spring just coming in I do not have the heart to do so. I wish I can take back all those years of food abuse like all those crash diets, that have hurt me a lot more than they have helped me, but I can't life is just centered on making due, struggling, surviving, and balancing, as well as not forgetting ourselves, as well as taking care of our families.
