Props to all you dropping weight during the holidays! I just confess I am just happy that I didn’t gain more at Christmas. 2018 is a great new start and I want to do this for real now! My goal is to lose the 10 pounds I have been struggling with for the last couple years. I will be happy if it is gone by June. I think that is more than doable! Goals: *Drink lots of water *Avoid processed foods- focus on fruits and veggies *exercise at least 3 times a week
My reward for reaching 140 is a private pool membership for the summer! My kids will be excited to push me toward this too!
