I had an ok day today eating-wise, and no exercise (though it's still early). I have to clean out the basement a little more, dragging all the wet stuff outside, up the hill and to the trash cans. that will be a little exercise.
One of my coworkers got pulled into the boss's office and reprimanded for taking a donut from the training next door - she can not stop herself apparently, and brazenly interrupted a training that our District paid for just to take a donut - she was not even taking the training. I feel like it could have been me, almost - I have thought about those donuts all month since we have trainings every week in the conference room next door and there are always donuts! There but for a little self-restraint go I!
It's a beautiful early evening, so I am going out to check out my yard and get the basement cleared a bit. I'll catch up on journals later. Hope you had a good day!
