Hello all my buddies! How the heck are you on this fine Thursday afternoon? I'm great! I feel good, my work is done, my WORK-OUT is done, and I have a solid hour to visit with you all! today is the first day of SB phase 1. Remember I'm repeating this part to see if there are any changes since I broke the p/b habit! (I'm on day 5 without it!)Yipeeee!!! If the scales don't hardly budge, I am ok with that. Lately, I'm beginning to morph into a less-bloated person, so I'm happy with how I'm beginning to look. My muffin top is almost gone! LOL I have to laugh at the letters I'm getting in regard to my weight. some people are a little worried that I might be too thin. I'm only 5' 1" tall, ya'll! Even my structure/build is little! My ideal weight, according to my doctor, should be around 105!! All I want to do is weigh 110 (so I can keep my boobs! LOL) I feel that the weight is coming off very slowly because I'm doing it right. I diet carefully and get plenty of exercise. It is what it is! No tears over here! I know what you mean, Janelleas, when you say you come from a family of little people! My mom was 4' 10" tall! Her average weight was 88 lbs. any more than that, and she looked chubby! I recall when she weighed 110 and looked really fat! So, with any luck, I am hoping that I'll lose a couple pounds! So far today, I've done really good. Breakfast: 1/2 C. egg substitute with mixed veggies Lunch: low/carb slimfast shake vanilla snack: s/f jello and f/f cool whip
I'm planning on having tuna salad for dinner tonight.
