I went hiking yesterday for 5 hours! it was amazing but i didn't stick to my diet. today i weighted myself and saw i was 67 again. last time i was 66. I guess i'll hav to do extra effort this week. I want my friend to see the difference when he comes back form his trip in 20 days. I promise i'll try my best;) wish me luck
