day one of allergy elimination diet. i'm only eliminating the three foods I suspect rather than all the major allergens. I don't feel any different yet. I drank some aloe today as recommended in the diet cure for people recovering from food allergies. I mixed it with ginger tea and lemon and it was delicious and soothing to my insides (as it is supposed to be). however later I had grapefruit juice and that gave me heartburn. mental note: stay away from grapefruit juice. I didn't weigh myself today because my weight has been steady and I don't want to be disappointed again. I'll weigh again after elimination week... I am thinking about making more preparation for snacks. Like putting nuts and celery and stuff in ready made containers so I can grab them. And whipping up some hummus. I mean, I'd definitely like to do this, but am feeling too lazy to make the time to do it... maybe tomorrow.
