Hi all, my class was awesome last night. The instuctor is going to allow us to do independent study every other week in order for the students who travel far to save on gas. I had to work tonight at church with the children's ministry at church, so I did not work out. I did a detox yesterday and woke up with a terrible headache. I will catch up on exercising tomorrow.
