I have previously done SBD and like you had a lot of sugar cravings in the beginning. I lost 13 lbs the first two weeks and completely lost my sugar cravings. I suffered severe headaches from the sugar withdrawal and the first 4 days were the worst!! BUT, the good news is they go away!! and you will feel so much better. I tell myself that I can do anything for 14 days. I have another friend who only thinks in terms of 24 hours. We can go without anything for 24 hours. You will find in a very short time that you feel so much better that the temporary suffering is well worth it. Good luck - and hang in there.
