went into fs menu this morning an cut the carbs an sugar intake..get it back down to better numbers for me..some times its all about looking back an seeing what was working..when it was working...an readjusting things up..
did 3...yes 3 zwift rides today..all kinds of energy for a change..im sure getting the carbs outta my system had something to do with more energy ...as i always ride when im on the last of my 20 hour fasting..im amazed at how much energy i had this morning...
