Just freaking out for a minute. Too much inside my head. It took me two years to gain this stupid weight. I am beating myself up for reaching my goal then slipping. It is soooo much easier to grab the donuts that my husband brings home all the time for the grandkids. Like they need it. My granddaughter was told at her last dr. appointment she had too much sugar in her urine. They did a blood glucose check on her like grandpa is supposed to do everyday. DOSN'T!!!! And the pizza and just about everything!!!! I just do not believe in myself enough right now to think I can do this again. My son keeps putting his hunting gear on my treadmill....okay enough. I feel better. Thanks. I should never left fs but most of my buddies were awol and I reached my goal so why bother right? WRONG!!!!!
