Skipped workout for the last 4 days. And slept so poorly last night, I didn't want to wake up early for a workout. I have so much to do tonight for tomorrow night's dinner, but I will definitely try my best to fit in a workout!
Breakfast BG. 136. 2H. 2H after breakfast also. 22Lan.
Lunch BG. 205. 5H. Don't know what's going on with my blood sugar today...
Dinner BG. 87. 3H.
Bedtime BG. 46.

Went past my calories, didn't exercise, and those calories don't even count the spoonfuls of my homemade chocolate ganache and coconut filling...excellent.
