Diario de jessicka, 07 ene. 08

alrighty, day one, went ok i guess...hung out with a friend, so peer pressured into a little slip up ;) but it was ok, i didn't over do anything and it wasn't b/c i had a craving. so i'm not worried about the remainder of the week. looking forward to a weigh in at the end and see if this plan of mine is actually something worth keeping up...so far i think it is and would suggest it to anyone who has reached their goal. it allows you to live pretty normal for the month, reasonable food choices and portions...but then for the last week of the month - phase one :) i think its a splendid plan so far!

You can do it! I don't feel like I'm dieting at all. I love the food, all the choices and how it makes me feel. I wish ya all the best, hang in there. Dont slip up ok, its only 14 days and no cheating will really set you up for no more cravings at all and a quicker weight loss. You can do this, remember, nothing taste as good as thin fels!
