Diario de erica96, 22 abr. 12

I'm feeling good and loosing weight, but part of me is unsure of myself. I have lost weight so many times before just to gain it all back...I'm worried this time is no different. I guess it's up to me to just stick with it!

Just ran across your journal.. my advice (even though you didn't ask..) is to start logging your food. All of it. Even if you don't have a set # of calories that you want to stay under, it will help you become more aware of serving sizes, sodium content, fat/carb/protein breakdown, and just how many calories most of the common foods that you eat contain! It will make you a more informed consumer and help you make better choices every single day, not just while you are 'on a diet'... :) You can do this!!
