Well last night went well. .
I came off the Lipotrim, 1). I just did not have the money. My son was ill so Doctor bill had to be paid. 2). I dont like her attitude. While on Lipotrim they are suppose to call and check on you, and at €65 a week, that's the least you can expect. 3) she was not impressed I did not have money to continue on. It just was her whole "Oh You " attitude.
Well last night went well at the Belly dance Halfa. .
We danced and watched performances. I totally enjoyed, but I was shocked at what they consider food, We were to bring dish's to share,and 1 other person bought cheese, just a portion and another bought 3 carrots chopped with hummus, I went in a way overboard, I made salad, sauteed chicken and beans in chilli, and I also made wraps from iceberg lettuce, people jumped on them and enjoyed them. So I was happy about that.
Most other bought PICK & MIX sweets and the expensive kind, other brought just packets of of Caburys chocolates. I had 2 glass wine and ate some cheese. YES, I did eat few chocolate buttons. AND BOY DID I SUFFER FOR THE NIGHT. I had to take a Stomach tablet (my first in 4 weeks) once I got home and woke up at 3 am to take more. I am so definitively allergic to dairy products. My chest and my throat are still burning.
But I did not gain weight. I was nervous about that.
