In another month I should be going off the hormone I have been taking for breast cancer and the drug I have bee taking to get my thyroid back in order...my oncologist thinks that will give me more energy and make it easier to shed the pounds! Let's hope! In the meantime, I am back in the pool daily and doing exercises for my knee as well as swimming laps. Went to the county fair yesterday and walked a LOT! I'm surely trying!!!
