Another positive day, Pity I cant bottle it and pull it out on my down days. .
I did my Presentation in College, went very well, Lecturer took me aside at end and said it was excellent. So dead proud. It was about The Venice Carnival and Masks, so it was easy and very enjoyable too do.
Food wise the shakes doing well. I have so much energy that it is brilliant. I can feel huge difference in underwear especially.
