Hi there! Just came across your entry here, and I wanted to say hi (from a vegan to a vegetarian;) Diets themselves are crap if you ask me (in regards to you saying that you are crap at diets).... they are unhealthy and don't work in the long run. Why am I on a diet site then? Because it's snowy outside and I can't afford a gym membership, and as fantastic as yoga is, it's not keeping the pounds off like good old walking. So I'm here because of the motivation of others, and because I have to eat a bit less until spring comes;) Anyhow, I hope you get super motivated! And my best advice to you is that yeah, the food you intake (or don't) is important to keep tabs on (I gained 50 pounds being vegetarian.... see profile bio;).... but it's the activity that does it.... find a workout you LOVE to do!
